Rojak Klang at Gani is a specific thing: chunky deep-fried kuih fritters and tofu, boiled diced potatoes, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, sweet turnip, and lettuce, served with a thick peanut sauce made from a family recipe passed through three generations. The ground peanuts are sourced to grade. It shows in the sauce.

The owner still uses an old-school hinged egg slicer for the hard-boiled eggs, the same method used since the beginning. The broth is sweet and savoury without either element overwhelming the other. It is the kind of dish that works at lunch, mid-afternoon, or as a late meal.
