This special green mashed potato recipe uses whipping cream as its secret ingredient to effortlessly achieve a creamy, consistent and rich texture |
As you let the seasoned ribs marinate, they embark on an overnight flavour-infusing sojourn, deepening and enriching in taste with each passing hour. The following day, as they roast to perfection, an alchemy occurs within the oven: fibres turning tender, marinades caramelizing into a golden crust, a delectable feast only 30 minutes away from enchantment.
Meanwhile, in the world of greens, the humble potato undergoes a verdant transformation with the addition of fresh English parsley and a luscious blend of garlic and cream. Together, these elements coalesce to create the Green Mash —a velvety base for the succulent ribs, a harmonious blend that's both familiar and thrillingly innovative. Remember, as you garnish with scallion, you're not just plating up a meal; you're adorning a canvas with the rich, edible jewels of your labour.
